Wrangle over Liberty CLO takes a new turn as Highland files lawsuit
The tussle for control over Liberty CLO took another turn last week as Highland Capital filed a lawsuit against Citi and Babson
If Highland Capital is no longer the manager of Liberty, then it would seem not to have standing to allege improper conduct in redeeming the CLO.
