2007 US CLO hits EoD on its redemption date

When equity investors in Integral Funding, a 2007 CLO, pushed the call button on the deal they probably envisaged the procedure to be straightforward and above all, uneventful. That was not to be.

Observations: Integral Funding was the only six-manager CLO ever launched (also only multi-manager?) and it was also the only CLO to trigger EoD on optional Redemption Date. Even though it's a sample size of one, we are tempted to conclude that having six CLO managers for one deal is not a good idea!
