Two thoughts. First, it would be interesting to see the relative investor demand for the Halcyon loan funds. Is it easier to find buyers for the leveraged or un-leveraged version? Second, I'd think Halcyon could have just one fund but give investors the choice of leveraged v un-leveraged positions in the fund. That might be simpler for the manager, but perhaps it's an overly complex story for the investor.
