Agree it makes no sense for an "Ultra Short Duration Bond Fund" to buy CLO Triple-A's. Credit rating is not a good proxy for liquidity. BUT, such a fund could be a natural - or at least better - buyer for the Class X fee tranche of CLOs. Perhaps that's what meant here.
