Intrigue! The words "dodgy" and "sketchy" and "shady" and "improper" also come to mind. Did the control equity investor (rather than ALL equity investors) receive an additional, undisclosed benefit at the launch of this deal? This is NOT what the description above explicitly states, but I infer the possibility.
