Tranches in three marketplace lending ABS transactions originated late last year have been put on review for downgrade by Moody's, after a sharp uptick in delinquencies and expected loss rates

The very first deal done with Prosper collateral CCOLT 2015-1 has just had its A tranche upgraded to Baa1 from Baa3 and its B tranche upgraded to Ba2 from Ba3
