I agree with the previous comment. It is also a mystery to me why more of the "under-employed" structured credit professionals aren't being hired for the sheer option value they bring to the table. Family offices, asset managers, brokers would all do well to consider who was creating and selling the product to them over the years, and perhaps take the opportunity to bring some of that talent to their side of the fence.

This environment is a great opportunity for the brokers to hire talented people, and they continue to do so.
