Essy to remember RIA - they have the distinct competative advantage of operating out of Edinburgh. Business will continue to move to firms like RIA as long as these firms remain capable of meeting client needs for liquidity on a competitive basis. Staff will move to these firms as long as the compensation remains strictly based on performance with no limits; and as long as settlement limits for clients can be set up/maintain at satisfactory levels.
