Xstrata tightens on deliverability fears

Xstrata CDS bucked the trend of European miners by tightening yesterday, in a move driven by deliverability fears

While the tightening could well be due to the deliverability issue as stated, the credit quality of this Xstrata entity is certainly evolving with the Glencore purchase. It could be that the credit fundamentals justify the spread move.
