Market player asks Isda to rule on Ono credit event

An unnamed market participant yesterday asked Isda's credit derivatives determination committee to rule that a bankruptcy credit event has occurred on Ono Finance II

Perhaps the petitioner just wants to add clarity that the CDS for the Irish entity is off the books with no loss?

seems like a ridiculous question. But sometimes those are the right questions to ask. Has there been a succession event from Ono to Vodafone?
